www.sanjuancapistrano.patch.com reports that Capistrano resident Jim Reardon has given up half of his lawsuit against Capistrano Unified. With the budgets passed, he says its not use tying to get trustees' decision to restore part of teachers' cuts overturned.
He's still going ahead with his allegations of Brown Act violations in making the decision.
