Patch reports the tenative ruling in the Brown Act lawsuit by Jim Reardon is in favor of Capistrano Unified School District.
Trustees at first voted to restore teachers salaries in private session, then repeated the action publicly when Brown Act concerns were raised.
Reardon's attorney tells Patch he didn't think the public action was enough because CUSD never agreed they'd broken the law in the first place.
A tentative ruling disagrees.
