Capistrano resident Robb Cerruti is at the joint mixer of the SJC Equestrian Coalition and Chamber of Commerce Equestrian Council tonight at Vintage.
Cerruti is also a VP of Advanced Real Estate, which proposes the mixed-use and equestrian project off La Novia.
The project, Distrito La Novia, faces a referendum vote. If Advanced goes forward - the developer could just build an already-approved 440-home project - equestrians will be key in the vote,
Cerruti is sitting at the same table as Mayor Sam Allevato and Mayor Pro Tem Larry Kramer.
